Terms of use
Glowfield is made by Apps To Go ApS, an app studio in Denmark (CVR 39048507). These terms are short because the game is simple: there is no account, no online service and nothing to agree to beyond what the store you got it from already asks.
The licence
You get Glowfield from an app store, and that store's standard licence is the agreement under which you play it: Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement on the App Store, the Google Play Terms of Service on Google Play, and Microsoft's Standard Application License Terms on the Microsoft Store. The licence is personal and non-transferable, for as many of your own devices as the store allows. These terms add nothing to it except what follows.
The purchase
The Seedling world and the first stages of Infinity are free. The one optional purchase, Full Game, is a one-time, non-consumable unlock sold and charged by the store, at the price the store shows, in the store's currency. On Apple devices one purchase covers iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV under the same Apple Account and is shared with Family Sharing; on Google Play it is a separate purchase. Refunds follow the store's rules; we cannot refund a purchase ourselves, but we help with Restore purchase and any problem that stops a bought unlock from working (support).
Your progress
Levels finished, stars, the pictures in your gallery and your settings are saved on the device only. We do not keep a copy, so we cannot restore progress lost with a device or a deleted app. Purchases are kept by the store and can always be restored.
Fair use
Play it, show it, stream it, review it. Do not sell copies, pass the game off as your own, or strip the store's purchase check out of it. Screenshots and video of the game may be used in articles, reviews and videos about Glowfield, including monetised ones; the press kit has clean captures and the trailer.
No warranty beyond the law
Glowfield is a small game and comes as it is. We fix bugs we hear about and we do not promise it runs on every device. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under Danish or EU law, including the right to a refund the store or the law gives you.
Changes
If a future version adds something these terms do not cover (an online mode, say), this page changes first and the date at the top moves. Questions: support@appstogo.dk. Danish law applies, and disputes belong to the Danish courts, without prejudice to the consumer protection of the country you live in.
